Tracy Dahlin
Owner and President
Tracy has been the owner of Iron River Construction since its inception in 2000. She has handled all aspects of the business through the years; from carpentry, sales, design, and project management. Between her and her husband, Dave, they are delighted to have eight children and three grandchildren. They can often be found enjoying time in and on lakes, rivers, and oceans.
Rick Tollerud
General Manager
Rick has over 33 years of experience in the building industry, with roles ranging from Laborer to Owner of a 40+ home per year General Contractor. Rick has worked with single-family construction ranging from small houses to $3 million homes. Rick and his wife Jen live in rural Montgomery with their golden retriever, Cooper. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Shari Blair
Accountant
Shari has been in the accounting world for over 30 years. She has experience with financial reporting & analysis, payroll, accounts payable & accounts receivable. She is a local girl, growing up in Mayer, Mn. She currently lives in Waconia with her husband, Tom.
Alex Buckentine
Senior Project Manager
Alex has 21 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry. He has a degree in construction technology from Riverland Community College in Austin, MN. Alex has been a part of the Iron River team since 2017. His prior experiences have included building and installation of custom cabinets, residential framing for new construction and remodeling, and project managing jobs ranging from $2,000 to $2,000,000. Alex lives in Norwood Young America and has two children. When he has free time he likes to spend it in the woods or on a lake hunting or fishing. He also enjoys coaching both of his children’s summer sports teams.
Brad Bowers
Project Manager
Brad Bowers is a project manager at Iron River Construction. He was first a client of Iron River Construction on several projects before transitioning from 22 years as an executive in the financial industry to his new role as Project Manager. When he is not at work, he spends time with family and friends. He enjoys time in the outdoors. He loves working in the community where he lives and has resided in Chaska for many years with his wife Jenny, three sons (Tyler, Jack, and Charles), and their black Lab (Rex).
Andy Hoem
Project Manager
Hi, I’m Andy Hoem, Project Manager at Iron River Construction. I’ve been working in the construction field for nearly 15 years in residential and commercial applications. I grew up in Bemidji, MN, and currently reside in Norwood Young America with my wife, Katie, and our dog, Griffin. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and traveling.
Nate Parpart
Project Manager
Nate joined Iron River Construction in 2026. He brings 27 years of experience in the construction trades, including framing, siding, remodeling, and project management. In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time on his boat and enjoying the outdoors. Nate and his wife, Mandy, live on a small farm in Plato, MN. They have two daughters, Taylor and Brenna.
Rob Rosengren
Sales Representative
Rob is a sales representative for exteriors and has been part of the Iron River team since 2021. He has been working in construction for many years and is excited to share his expertise with his clients. Rob has three children who keep him busy, but in his free time, he loves to fish and golf.
John Coady
Production Manager
John started in the construction industry as a new construction job supervisor for 10 years. This was a great learning experience to become a Production Manager at Iron River. He is also an on-call firefighter for the city of Bloomington. When he’s not busy working or volunteering, he can be found snowmobiling or SX trail riding.
Jason Doheny
Lead Carpenter
Jason has 13 years of experience in framing and remodeling. Building decks is his favorite. He has three daughters that keep him busy. He loves doing projects around the house for his wife and father in-law. He enjoys camping with his family and friends at his place up north. He also vacations in Florida any chance he gets. He is a long time resident of Belle Plaine.
Adam Karstensen
Carpenter
Adam Karstensen enjoys working alongside clients, which is an aspect of carpentry that his previous field of machinery excluded. His family line is largely filled with carpenters, painters, and craftsmen and he is happy to continue their tradition of quality work that will last for decades to come. In his spare time, he likes to practice his musical scales, having picked up the trumpet in grade school and switched to guitar in his late teens.
Josh Thundercloud

Hi, I’m Josh Thundercloud, and I am a Carpenter for Iron River. I have been in construction for 7 years. I received a Technical Degree at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Residential Construction. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, grilling, and fishing
Luke Hesse
Carpenter
Luke Hesse has completed the apprenticeship program and is now a full time carpenter with Iron River. He has worked on his family farm for many years and understands the value of hard work. He has always admired architecture and craftsmanship. He looks forward to growing his skills and learning more about the
Wyatt Graczyk
Carpenter
I’ve lived in Chaska most of my life. I’ve always had an interest in building, starting with building Lego Sets when I was young. I like being active as well as playing Halo on my Xbox. I like working with my hands, and my interests include cooking/baking, and I have raised 2 small dogs since they were puppies.
Joe Schmitz
Carpenter
Joe has been doing carpentry for over 20 years. Joe and his son live in Jordan MN. During his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing billiards.
