Owner and President
Tracy has been the owner of Iron River Construction since its inception in 2000. She has handled all aspects of the business; from design and site preparation to subcontractor bidding, selection and scheduling. Tracy is a licensed contractor, a licensed insurance adjuster, and a certified roof inspector. She has five children, ranging from 16 to 25 years old.
Senior Project Manager
Rick has over 20 years of experience in the building industry, with roles ranging from Laborer to Owner of a 40+ home per year General Contractor. Rick has worked with single-family construction ranging from small houses to $3 million homes. Rick and his wife Jen live in Montgomery. They have two children and two grandchildren.
Alex has 12 years experience in the construction and contracting trade. He has a degree in construction technology from Riverland Community College in Austin, MN. His prior experiences have included building and installation of custom cabinets, residential framing for new construction and remodeling, and project managing jobs ranging from $2,000 to $2,000,000. Alex and his wife Nikki live in NYA with their daughter and are expecting another child July of 2017. When he has free time he likes to spend it in the woods or on a lake hunting or fishing. He also still enjoy playing amateur baseball for the Young America Cardinals.
Cat is originally from a small town in southern Georgia. She worked as a police officer for over 15 years as well as an undercover officer for the Bibb County Sheriff Department and per diem for the US Marshalls. She moved to Minnesota in 2006 where she has resided ever since with her two children Brandon 20 and Bailey 16. She has been in the construction industry for over 10 years with experience in general construction including residential & commercial as well as real-estate development. She has experience in Xactimate, building code & insurance claims. She brings to Iron River over 20 years of Office & Operations Management experience with dedication to team building, employee advocating, development, company growth as well as customer satisfaction. In her spare time she is a professional photographer who enjoys shooting landscape photography as well as rock music festivals and concerts. She has photographed some iconic rock bands including Dokken, Jack Russell’s Great White, Tesla and Lynch Mob just to name a few.
Randy graduated from Iowa State University and became a teacher in the trades. After moving to Minnesota, he became a licensed General Contractor for over 18 years specializing in custom deck construction and lower level remodeling. As an owner, he has worn the tool belt, performed estimating and sales, and managed crews and subcontractors. Randy and his wife, Linda, live in Apple Valley. They have three sons and identical baby grandsons.
Mark has over 10 years remodeling/landscaping experience with most of that in exterior remodeling. His sales philosophy is geared more towards being a consultant, always looking to do what is right for the home and what are the best options for the homeowner. When not working, he’s usually with family and running around to his kids sporting events, or playing outdoors.
Shari has been in the accounting world for over 30 years. She has experience with financial reporting & analysis, payroll, accounts payable & accounts receivable. She is a local girl, growing up in Mayer, Mn. She currently lives in Waconia with her husband, Tom.
Gailen likes fishing and doing a little hunting. He also likes to hang out with friends or just chilling with his girlfriend watching movies. He also really likes playing video games when not at work.
I have 3 years of framing experience but just wanted to get into something a little different. In my free time i enjoy being in the outdoors i really enjoy hunting and fishing. I also like to hang with friends and my girlfriend and go watch a movie or go do something fun.
Patrick is in the Army National Guard. Raised in the construction industry, he has over ten years of experience in residential remodeling. Loves to travel with his girlfriend, and spend as much time outside as possible.
Joe Dahlin has grown up the in construction business, and has a natural talent for problem solving. Whether it is working on jobsites or helping homeowners, he brings a fresh perspective. Football, fishing and friends are his favorites.
Walker was born in Brainerd MN. Joined the military at 17 and spent ten years in the military (active duty and reserve).
He has worked with numerous construction companies with experience in all aspects of construction.
He has been living in South Dakota since 2013, but recently moved back to MN and loves being back. In his free time
he likes fishing, hunting, and any thing outdoors. He is also a big Twins fan and is looking forward to catching some live
Steph grew up watching her father in the construction industry and had always dreamed of paving her own path. She has specialized in marketing and sales rolls for 10+ years. 5 of those years were spent in the insurance industry where she became very familiar with the claims filing process. She earns the respect of her clients by striving every day to exceed their expectations, and always offering candid advice. Her goal with every client is to make their experience fun, easy, and stress-free. When not working, you can find her spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and their 2 dogs.
Luke has 16 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. He has led projects ranging from small renovations to $1,000,000+ projects. During his childhood he spent much of his time in his family’s woodshop. This love of carpentry evolved into a career in the trades, then owning a remodeling/custom carpentry company. Luke and his family live in Buffalo, MN. His daughters are active in sports, music and horseback riding. As a family they love to travel and explore nature. They spend most of their free time fishing, hunting and enjoying family atv trips.
Restoration Project Manager
Harry relocated to Minnesota from the east coast in 1989. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and was employed as the technical field service manager for a large manufacturing company after arriving to Minnesota.
After 10 years working as an owner/operator of two quick-service restaurants located in the downtown Minneapolis skyway system, he started his new career in the construction field. He has worked in sales, marketing, production management, and restoration mostly in residential homes.
Harry lives in the Lakeville area with his wife and three daughters ages 21, 18 and 12. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing and working around the house.
