The owners of a Rambler home with an attached two-car garage needed extensive roof repairs after hail and wind severely damaged their shingles, vents, valley metals, gutters, downspouts, soffit boxes, and fascia. Our team came and did a full exterior home inspection, including the roof, and took photos of all the damage they found. Our Iron River team installed CertainTeed Architectural Landmark shingles in Georgetown Grey, new ice and water shields, vents, flashing, felt, ridge and hip caps, starter shingles, gutters, downspouts, soffit boxes, and door and window wraps. We also installed a drip edge/gutter apron.
Basically, the roof needed a complete overhaul, but we not only completed the job in the exact amount of time estimated, but also walked the homeowner through every step of the insurance claim process so that nothing was missed.
