Two Chanhassen, MN homeowners loved hosting friends and family, but they had no outdoor area to make this possible. They wanted a sophisticated but comfortable outdoor space for hosting, so they asked Iron River Construction to build a deck for them, as they were pleased with their previous work on their basement wet bar.
A Little Design Help and a Quick, Smooth Deck Construction Process
Iron River started out with a site visit and consultation with the clients. The deck design team provided samples of Timbertech decking and Westbury railing and planned the perfect deck for the Chanhassen homeowners, including a free quote, in less than 24 hours.
Iron River installed a maintenance-free deck with railings as well as an underdeck system so the clients can have a future patio under the deck that will be protected from the elements.
The client chose TimberTech Reserve Driftwood decking paired with white Westbury Tuscany railing. Iron River completed the project in just five days with no issues.
