A Leaky Roof Spurs the Need for a Complete Roof Replacement

A Newly Installed Roofing System and Decking Repairs
Our team tore off the roof down to the sheathing and found damaged decking boards that were holding water and subsequently dripping into the home. We replaced these with two new sheets of Oriented strand board to stop the leak at its source. We also found that due to poor airflow in the attic, the roof sheathing was becoming wet with condensation, so we added a new turtle vent, creating better airflow in the attic space. This will resolve the issue of condensation in the future. Our team installed a completely new roofing system including ice and water shields, felt, starter shingles, shingles, hip & ridge caps, flashing, and vents.
