JOB SAFETY AND SECURITY

As a residential remodeler, we are entrusted with the safety and security of your home during your project…
As COVID 19 continues to spread and impact everyday life, I wanted to proactively reach out to you about any concerns you may have.
Although I am not an expert by any means, when reviewing the CDC guidelines, I believe that the risk of infection from a jobsite is low.
During your project, we have the capability of social distancing, we are not sharing food, personal items, or bathrooms. We will be increasing the percentage of standard communication through remote means- a phone call, video conferencing or email instead of an onsite meeting. Please utilize the Builder Trend portal for updated information about your project.
If any of our staff or subcontractors have recently traveled or are exhibiting symptoms of COVID 19, they will not be allowed at the Iron River office or on jobsites and will be advised to self-quarantine.
If you or other family members are exhibiting symptoms, we reserve the right to pull off the job site for the safety of our employees and subcontractors. At that time we would ask questions and perhaps revise your schedule, in the interest of everyone’s health.
Again, I don’t anticipate any issues, but this situation is unprecedented.

We have altered our protocol for estimates to utilize phone calls, video conferencing and emails. We have the technology to use satellite imagery for roofs, siding, and gutters. We can measure decks and interior remodels.
Although I am not an expert by any means, when reviewing the CDC guidelines, I believe that the risk of infection is low.
